Smart Engine Analyzer model SR-8A. Brings an understanding to the pilot of the engine environment. From the Aircraft Spruce catalog … “A truly automatic engine analyzer, the Smart Analyzer not only scans constantly but it also keeps track of vital engine temperatures and alerts you when a problem starts to occur. Most other analyzers only display temperatures, leaving the calculations up to the pilot. Smart Analyzer automatically scans through its channels, memorizing temperatures, calculating temperature spreads and determines an over/under temperature condition, alerting you the moment a problem occurs. It's like having a co-pilot watching over your engine while you take care of the flying.“
Oil Temperature and Pressure Gauge
“The OPT-1 is a dual instrument which features dual 90 degree graphic analog displays. Select to view pressure or temperature on the digital display using the toggle switch on the front panel.OTP-1 measure to 1 PSI and oil temperature to 1°F on the digital display. It incorporates an external pressure transducer and temperature probe that are mounted in the engine compartment. The instrument is backlit for night operation and operates on 12 or 24V system. Oil pressure range is 25-100 PSI and oil temp. range is 65°-240°F.”(Aircraft Spruce)
Volt / Ampere Meter
“The VA-1A is a FAA/PMA approved instrument which features a discharge warning light to act as an early warning device alerting you as soon as discharging begins. This is critical in giving the pilot as much time as possible to reduce electrical load and extend the life of the battery in flight. Also, by monitoring load currents to .1 amps the pilot can check important aircraft functions such as retracts, boost pumps, transmitter power, pilot heat, navigation lights, transponder, strobes, and any other electrical equipment.” “It is backlit for night operation and operates on 12 volts …”for this aircraft.
